At SubangPodcast, we understand that plans can change — here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and are not eligible for a refund.
You may reschedule your booking (change date/time) at least 4 hours before your original slot — subject to availability.
Requests made less than 4 hours before your booking will not be accepted, and the session will be considered confirmed.

Note:
All sessions are DIY by default. Your booking includes full access to gear and space. You are responsible for setting up and resetting the layout unless a Studio Helper is added. We recommend arriving 15–30 mins early for setup time.
